Select a Vaccine

Complete the Vaccine Information Sheet (VIS)

Enter the Vaccine Information Sheet to provide to the patient, informing them of the benefits and risks of the vaccine. Review the Vaccine Information Sheet help topic for more information.

Administer the Vaccine

Administer the vaccine and enter relevant information. Review the Administration of the Vaccine help topic for more information.

View / Print the Vaccine Confirmation

Once the vaccine is given, a confirmation will display. This page may be emailed or printed and provided to the patient. Review the Confirmation help topic for more information.
