Enter Visit Charges tab

Summary of Charges

• This table shows all Charges for this visit. Users may Complete the Charges, Add, Edit, or Delete them as needed.
• Charges may be calculated with the Calc Charges button.
• Visit Status and Reason can be assigned with the radio buttons and drop-down menu at the bottom o the window.

Vitals

Click the Vitals button. The following window will display:

To enter vitals see Documenting Vital Signs.

Audiograms

Click the Audio button. The following window will display:

To enter the Audiogram see Documenting Audiometry Testing.

If you select the Charge for the Audiogram, click the Test Info button to enter the Audiogram information.

Pulmonary Function Test (PFT)

Click the PFT button. The following window will display:
