Guidelines Status Report

Summary

This report produce a list of patients who are due or are overdue for disease management, preventive, or wellness services based on Clinical Guidelines rules.

How to Run this Report

  1. On the Home Nav Bar, click the REPORTS tab.

  2. Click Provider Clinic Reports.

  3. Click Guideline Status to display the [Guideline Services Status Report] window.

  4. If these are Guideline Reminders, there are four options for selecting patients:

    • Immunizations: All patients who are due for any immunization on any immunization type guideline will be selected.

    • Preventive and Wellness Services: Patients will be selected who are due for any services on any guidelines of this type.

    • Disease Management: This option will select patients who are due for an action on a single clinical guideline. Click the table icon to select the guideline of interest.

    • Medical Activity:Click the table icon, then search for and select the medical activity of interest. When you run the letters, patients will be included who are due for this medical activity on any guideline which has this activity as an item to be completed.

The Guideline Reminders cannot be faxed or e-mailed. You can produce a summary or detail report for all the Guildeline Reminders except when selecting by medical activity. In that case, only the summary report is available.

  1. Select any of the standard report options, if needed (Company, ASCII file, Preview, etc.).

  2. Click Next to display the [Custom Reports] window.

  3. From here, follow the instructions in the topic on the Reports Wizard.
