Batch Reporting
If you haven't already done so, please read the Reports Overview. The Overview includes all the standard report options and how to use them. Those instructions and terms will not be repeated here.
Summary
If you have a group of reports that you run periodically, you can memorize the reports, and then aggregate them into batches. When you want to run the reports for the period, you can tell the software to run the batch: all you have to add is the desired reporting dates. Each report included in the batch must first be memorized. You then create the batch by adding the memorized reports to the batch.
How to Memorize a report

On the report setup window The screen in which you specify the variables to be included in the report, such as the reporting date or range, whether you want a detailed or summary report, which activity to report, etc. , specify the variables for the report that you want to add to the batch.

Click the Memorize button on the report setup window, then click it again on the [Memorized Reports] window.

Type the name of the Report, using both the Title and Sub-Title fields.
Type your name in Sub-Titlefield to differentiate it from other people who may be using the same report with different variables. When you run the report, you can delete your name before pressing the Print button. However, if this report is to be included in a batch, keep in mind that you will not have the option of taking your name out of the report Sub-Title before running the batch!

Click OK.

Click Close, then Cancel to return to the Home Nav Bar.
A Batch Reporting button controls both the setup and manual running of the batches from the same window. The Add, Change, and Delete buttons are used to create and modify existing batch reports. All of the memorized reports will display in the right pane of the window; to have them become part of the batch, users can simply move them to the left pane of the window. In order to print a batch of reports, the user can highlight a batch and click the Print Batch button. Also, the selection window will display for the user to enter the time period of the data to be included on the reports.
