Corrections
- For clients that have a Visit Category included in their Bridge file or a Visit Category that has been specified on the Request Window, a second Bridge import may result in the wrong Clinician being assigned to the Visit. This has been corrected [14103]
- We have resolved the issue whereby individual patient statements were not printing from the Patient Inquiry screen while display a message "There are no records on file for this period." [14124]
- Certain state specific required fields that were missing from the Immunization Registry are now included. For example, New York's Registry now contains Mother's maiden Name. [14145]
- In some circumstances, the act of entering Restrictions when logging an Incident from the Patient Chart can cause the system to switch to another Incident and sometimes to another patient. This has been corrected. [14149]

Export OSHA Log Electronically
Modifications have been made to Net Health Employee Health and Occupational Medicine which provide a tool that allows companies to export the OSHA Log 300A for all covered entities by creating a csv file that may be uploaded to the OSHA website.
