ICD Search

An ICD Search button is available and used through Net Health Employee Health and Occupational Medicine to help providers/coders who do not know the ICD-10 code that is needed to accurately describe the patient's condition. Selecting this button will link to and display a preselected website which will guide the provider/coder through the process of selecting the most appropriate code.

The button is only available when a preselected website was entered on the Set Up Clinic System Parameters window.

The ICD Search button has been added to various windows, primarily the Assessment and Diagnosis window.

The Assessment Diagnosis window has an ICD Search button below the ICD-10 data entry field.
