Printing Reports to PDF Files
PDF files are documents that use the .pdf file extension and format (Portable Document Format) developed by Adobe. This file format has become widely accepted as the standard for sharing documents, particularly over the Internet.
Net Health Employee Health and Occupational Medicine include the capacity to print reports in PDF format. You may want to do this so that you can later email them to others, or simply keep track of them on your network, instead of in a binder. The really good news is that the report will look exactly like the original.
Documents prepared in the PDF format may be read with the free, down-loadable Adobe Acrobat Reader . If you need to download the Reader, and if you are connected to the Internet right now, you can do so by clicking this icon:
Net Health has paid a license fee to enable our users to take advantage of this function. No additional license fees need to be paid by your organization.
