Net Health Employee Health and Occupational Medicine Version 11 Updates

The following updates have been made to improve Net Health Employee Health and Occupational Medicine:

11.0

General Improvements:
  • Increased Net Health Employee Health and Occupational Medicine window sizes by approximately 20%.
  • Updated the font on Net Health Employee Health and Occupational Medicine window controls to Segoe UI
  • Net Health Employee Health and Occupational Medicine window tabs have a new look.
  • Updated the font on Net Health Employee Health and Occupational Medicine Reports to Calibri 10 (Does not apply to Forms, OSHA 300 form, Invoices, statements, or Report of First Injury).
  • To view Net Health Employee Health and Occupational Medicine optimally, the software must run on a workstation with a screen resolution of 1600 x 900 or higher.
  • Updated the icons for the Printer Menu Bar.
  • Created a new display theme relative to colors and shading. Users will notice a different appearance in many Net Health Employee Health and Occupational Medicine windows.
Browse window:
  • Added shading to the List Box heading.
  • Added the universal ability to re-size this window's columns.
  • Increased the size of this window's List Box rows.
  • Added light Grid lines to the List Box.
  • Changed the color of the Highlight bar.
  • Removed icons from the following buttons:
    • Add
    • Edit
    • Delete
    • Save

    NOTE: The buttons are still there and function exactly as they have in past releases.

  • Updated the title of "Change" to "Edit."
  • Removed the "Close" button. Clients will need to exit the window via the Red X or Esc Key.
Entry Windows:
  • Changed the look of the Lookup Calendar and the Clock icons.
  • Updated the title of "OK" to "Save."
  • Removed icons from the "Save" and "Cancel" buttons.
Patient Search Window

The alphabetical Tool Bar on patient search windows has been removed.

NAV Bar:
  • Removed the Menu selections border.
  • Removed the Clinic and Company menu buttons from the NAV Bar. They are now located to the right of the Tool Bar.
  • Replaced the NAV Bar sub-menus close button with a collapsible bar to the right of the displayed menu.
  • Replaced the NAV Bar Home button with a "House" icon at the bottom of the primary menu list.
  • Removed duplicate selections under the Setup / Admin menu, Admin / Security sub-menu, Setup and Administration sub-group.
  • The following selections have been removed from the Setup and Administration sub-group:
    • Divisions
    • Department Units
    • Job Classes
    • Work Locations
    • Supervisors
    • Regions
    • Districts
    • Complexes
    • Business Groups (Conditional if multi-entity)
    • Business Units (Conditional if multi-entity)
    • Business sub-units (Conditional if multi-entity)

NOTE: These selections may still be found under the Setup / Admin menu, Organizations.

  • Removed the Parameter settings buttons from the Setup & Admin menu (Administration sub-menu). The parameters are available within the Management Setup sub-menu, under the Clinical Setup, EMR Setup, and Billing Setup menus.
  • The EMR Setup Nav Bar menu no longer contains Entity Setup entries as sub-menus. They are located in the Setup & Admin menu under the Entity Tables sub-menu.
  • The EMR Charting Setup sub-menu used to have ICD-9 and ICD-10 meidcal code setup selections; those code setups are located in the Setup Medical Codes sub-menu.
  • The Clinic Setup sub-menu no longer has a Clinics selection, that option is now located in the Entity Table NAV Bar menu.
  • The Incidents / Cases Nav Bar menu selection has been significantly altered. See Release Notes 11.01 to understand the changes and the topics that were affected.
  • The Setup & Admin menu, under Clinic Setup no longer lists Profiles and Protocols as a selection option. They already exist under the Setup & Admin menu.
  • The Billing module main NAV Bar menu has been altered so that the Corrections option is now titled Invoices Corrections and Cash Corrections, respectively.
Menu Bar:

Removed the Menu Bar. The following functions have been eliminated:

  • Change Font
  • Select Clinic or Company (or employer) from "File"
  • Logout from "File"
  • Exit from "File"
  • Printer Setup from "File"
  • View Windows Open from "Window"
  • About Help from "Help"
  • Feedback from "Help"
Tool Bar:

Added / Deleted Tool Bar icons. (Some functions have been removed and two (2) new ones have been added.)

  • Removed:
    • Send an Email.
    • Submit a Feedback comment.
    • Send a Fax.
    • Close button. Users should use the Red X to exit the software.
  • Added:
    • Change your Password
    • The About description (Includes Meaningful Use information).

This window has been modified, highlights appear below:

  • Consolidation of the Visits by Date and the Visits by Patient windows.
  • Phone Call button moved to the Check-in button.
  • Expanded browse list.
  • Toggle buttons for single patient or a complete list.
  • Chart Visit and Review Note buttons added to the window.
  • Company and Clinic filters added.
View Cases Window

This window has been modified, highlights appear below:

  • Consolidation of the View all Cases window.
  • Manager filter added.
  • Expanded browse list.
  • Toggle buttons for single patient or a complete list.
  • Next Action filter included.
  • Company filter added.
View Incidents Window

This window has been modified, highlights appear below:

  • Consolidation of the Visits by Date and the Visits by Patient for the Incident windows.

Enter Visit Window

This window has been modified, highlights appear below:

  • Re-align tabs to allow the financial related tabs to be grouped.
  • For Provider clients the Result tab was renamed to Charges for consistency.
  • The General tab fields were aligned in a better tab-through order.
  • Visit Status on the General tab now appears at the bottom of the window.
  • The Audit tab now has buttons for correcting the Incident and/or the Entity.
  • The Charges tab will include buttons for Audiometry, PFT, and Vitals if the charges point to one of those areas.
