Correction
Employee Portal Invitations
When resending invitations to non activated Employeest it is including activated employees with a temporary password. To correct this issue you will be required to upgrade to the 11.10.1 Release and the Employee portal version will need updated to 11.7.13.

In this build, we have added a number of system performance improvements.

Corrections
- Previously, when a visit did not have a provider recorded and the patient/employee attempted to the view the Clinical Summary in the EHOM Patient/Employee Portal, a blank screen displayed. The portal will now display a message that the Clinical Summary cannot be produced because there is not a provider on the visit. If there is a provider recorded on the visit, the Clinical Summary will display.
- Additionally, when viewing the Health Records tab, the Home Exercise Program tab no longer displays.

The Patient / Employee portal has added the capability for users to complete various forms even if they have not had a visit recorded.

The Employee Incident form has been modified to request the company that the incident is being recorded for when the employee is employed by multiple companies. When employees are active in more than one company, the software will display a dropdown menu with all of the employee's active companies as choices. A company must be selected Various other fields and questions have been either changed or replaced.
Corrections
- Previously, the Survey menu option did not display on a mobile device. This has been corrected.
- Changes have been made to the software so that the Surveillance tab report prints correctly.
- The Clinical Summary Link is no longer showing on the Employee portal when the setting is disabled.
Build 1.7.8 (Net Health Employee Health and Occupational Medicine 11.3 or higher is required)
Enhancements
A new tab, "Survey" has been added to the Employee portal. It is only visible if clients have at least one Medical Activity template for COVID-19 (activity code of "COVIDQ") within their Net Health Employee Health and Occupational Medicine database. This tab will include a questionnaire so Employers can determine if an employee is displaying any COVID-19 symptoms. The questions and "Action needed" message may be customized through Net Health Employee Health and Occupational Medicine as part of a Medical Activity Template.

Corrections
- Previously, when attempting to open a new form in the Patient/Employee Portal, the software would generate an error. This has been corrected.

When scheduling an appointment through the Patient/Employee Portal and confirming it in the Net Health Employee Health and Occupational Medicine Software, an intermittent error message (indicating the record is already in use) is no longer generated.
Build 1.7.6 (Net Health Employee Health and Occupational Medicine 11.3 or higher is required)
Enhancements
- When requesting an appointment in the portal, the dropdown for Preferred Provider will now display in alphabetical order by provider's last name.

The Incident Date/Time will no longer auto-populate as the default response for the question, "When did this incident first occur or take place?"
Corrections
- Previously, when opening a new or completed form in the Patient/Employee Portal, it would not open in Net Health Employee Health and Occupational Medicine. This has been corrected with this build.
- When requesting an appointment on the Patient Portal, the facility address will now change when selecting different clinics.

When enrolling in the Patient Portal, the software has been corrected to display the Terms & Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy checkbox so that the enrollment process may be completed.
- Previously, there was an intermittent problem when submitting a form from the Patient and Employee Portal where radio buttons and checkboxes were selected, that information was not accurately conveyed within the form when opened in Net Health Employee Health and Occupational Medicine. This has been resolved.
Build 1.7.5 (Net Health Employee Health and Occupational Medicine 11.1 or higher is required)
Corrections
- Previously, there were issues in Net Health Employee Health and Occupational Medicine when trying to open an email attachment which was sent from the portal; the option to create an attachment in the portal has been removed. (AGPP-15)
- In past releases, when creating a follow-up appointment in Net Health Employee Health and Occupational Medicine, those same appointments displayed in the portal with incorrect day and time information. This has been corrected. [AGPP-36]
Build 1.7.4 (Net Health Employee Health and Occupational Medicine 11.1 or higher is required)
Enhancements

How-to help documentation has been added to the Patient / Employee portals. A new tab called "Help" located at the top of the portal window on the main menu bar will display the help system.
- To reduce confusion, the Incident submission page lists now appear in alphabetical order.
- The Results tab has been modified to accept additional result types, for example: Audiometry, Spirometry, Vision tests, etc.
- An enhancement has been added to the Employee Portal to allow users to print Surveillance results.
Corrections
- The Surveillance and Visit Details no longer appear blank on the Employee Portal. The Visit Detail tab shows for EMR users and is hidden for non-EMR users. The Surveillance tab shows for Employees and is hidden if the user is not an Employee. [AGPP-13]
- Previously, a Result Code of "N" (representing "No") in Net Health Employee Health and Occupational Medicine was displaying as "Normal" in the portal. This has been corrected. Because "N" is a non-standard code, it should show the same result in the portal as was entered in Net Health Employee Health and Occupational Medicine. [AGPP-19]
- Forms now populate with the appropriate data within the portals as they do in Net Health Employee Health and Occupational Medicine. [AGPP-32]
- Corrections have been made so that forms will now open in the Patient Portal without customers receiving an "Out of Memory" exception. [AGPP-34]
