Profile - Activity Log
The Activity Log displays a record of each time a Clinical Summary or Ambulatory Summary was viewed, printed, saved, or transmitted.
Accessing the Activity Log
You can locate the Activity Log by selecting it from the user dropdown menu. 
Saving or Printing the Activity Log
The contents of the Activity Log can be saved or printed by selecting the icons in the top right corner of the table.
