Forgot User Name

If you have forgotten your user name for Employee Portal, it can be retrieved with a valid email address.

See Reset Password if you remember your user name, but have forgotten your password.

Retrieving a forgotten user name

1. Select the Forgot User Name button on the Log In page.
   
2. Enter your email address in the Email field.
3. Click the Submit button. You will receive a reminder email if a Employee Portal account is associated with the entered email address. The reminder email will contain your username.
